Teflon PTFE adhesive coated glass fabric with blue Pearlescent formulation added to the PTFE coating is our best product for UPVC welding with its extra abrasive and non-stick properties
Our super NON-STICK blue metallic Pearlescent PTFE coated fabric available in 5meter rolls. This is used as a cover on welding machinery that is used in the manufacture of UPVC windows & doors. The PTFE rolls prevent the build up of plastic residue on the welder when frame corners are being welded together.
The metallic blue additive on the coating of the PTFE allows better heat transfer in production and the anti-abrasion coating withstands more mechanical damage often caused to the coating during normal working conditions.
