CLAMSHELL GRILL RELEASE SHEETS
Clamshell grills are used in quick-service restaurants to cook both sides of the food simultaneously, helping to reduce cooking times. MRP can manufacture PTFE (Teflon) cast film laminated materials with excellent abrasion and tear resistance for superior release. These products are engineered to endure high heat and oil permeation.
VERTICAL & HORIZONTAL BUN/BREAD TOASTING
In Quick Service Restaurants, MRP PTFE (Teflon) release sheets and Silicone belts are used in vertical and horizontal bread toasters to crisp the inside of the buns. The smooth and non-stick surface of our products ensures the buns move easily and efficiently during this process.
