Multi Release Products' high-performance pressure-formed 100% PTFE (Teflon) 4-egg mould, free from fibreglass, brings the latest innovations in PTFE (Teflon) material technology to rapid-cook ovens. Our trays are the longest-lasting, oil-free non-stick technology for the food industry. This unique material creates a more durable, flexible, non-stick basket, capable of lasting up to 300% longer than typical trays and minimising or eliminating the use of oils.
Tef-Form 4-egg moulds are temperature resistant from -100°F (-73°C) to 600°F (316°C). Unlike dip-coated baskets, Tef-Mould Trays may be left in the oven at all times due to higher excursion temperature capabilities. This can clear off much-needed counter space in quick-service restaurants. Tef-Form 4-egg moulds are also immune to thermal shock and will not shatter when transitioning from a hot to a cold environment.
MRP Tef-Form 4-egg moulds comply with FDA Standard 21 CFR 177.1550. They do not contain metal and can be used in all oven types, including those with microwave cooking.
