PTFE (Teflon) Non-Stick Heat-Seal Tape

PTFE (Teflon) adhesive tapes are high-temperature, non-stick tapes for heat sealers, sealing jaws and packaging machinery. Available with silicone adhesive in standard or custom-slit widths. The non-adhesive surface has excellent characteristics of PTFE (Teflon)

Applications may include;

Covering of pressure rollers of heat sealers for packaging
Heat-sealing of plastic films
Surface covering of sizing rolls for dyeing and plastic processing

Covering of friction areas of chutes, hoppers and guide rails
Covering of requiring non-tackiness and plain and smooth surface
Insulating spacer
Covering for insulation of wire connections and other insulation coverings.

It has excellent heat-resistance and non-adhesive properties. Main applications; plastic bag sealing machines; Linings for hopper; Class H electrical insulation, Mold releasing purposes, roller wrapping for polyethene extrusion.

Metal Detectable PTFE (Teflon)/glass tapes recommended for heat sealing covers especially in the food industry to identify worn tape by metal detector before it goes to the end-user.
